Our Mission
The Science Media Center (SMC) at IISER Mohali aims to promote science, foster academic life, and streamline media-related activities. We strive to communicate scientific knowledge, showcase life in academia, publicize internal research, and provide science communication training.
Our Team
To achieve our mission and vision, we actively engage in science popularization by creating animations, talks/interviews, and lab videos. We also focus on showcasing the enriching experience of life in academia through documentaries and podcasts. Additionally, we assist in publicizing internal research, provide scientific illustration and print media management services, organize talks and seminars, popularize the IISER Mohali campus, and contribute to science education through courses and workshops on science outreach.
